Boxing: 5th & 6th Grade (18061)

Boxing is a high intensity, full body workout that will keep you moving throughout the class! When you're not throwing a punch, you're ducking and weaving or doing squats and abdominal work. This class is designed to teach beginners and intermediates the fundamentals of boxing. Your child will be put through a rigorous but achievable workout in line with their fitness level.
