Fusing together pilates, barre, and free weights, expect to have a full body experience with a great high energy playlist. We will focus in on specific muscle groups both on the mat and standing. This class is suitable for any level and can be made more challenging with heavier weights and modifications will always be given to make the class as comfortable for you as possible.
