Kellie is a Brooklyn native with several years of experience in concierge and customer service. She enjoys creating a welcoming environment and helping members have a positive experience each day. She also attended New York City College of Technology, where she explored her interest in business and professional development. Outside of work, Kellie loves spending time with her Shih Tzu, Pluto, and trying new restaurants throughout New York City.
