HIIT with Alexz! This is a full body workout. This class focuses on light weights and high reps to really target leaning and toning out the muscles. This class also incorporates an element of HIIT to get the heart rate up. Bring on the sweat!

Break a sweat, pulse deeper, and burn more. All in one intense, efficient, barre-meets-cardio hour. Spend half the class on your mat with hand weights as you move through rapid cardio intervals. Then hit the barre for muscle-defining micro-moves. You’ll end the hour feeling accomplished and ready to take on anything.

Fusing together pilates, barre, and free weights, expect to have a full body experience with a great high energy playlist. We will focus in on specific muscle groups both on the mat and standing. This class is suitable for any level and can be made more challenging with heavier weights and modifications will always be given to make the class as comfortable for you as possible. Leave the class feeling strengthened, lengthened and ready to take on the day.

Ready to ball? This league mixes players of all levels in a spirited weekly 5 on 5 full court basketball game. All skill levels are welcome to the court for pickup.

This Yogi Beans class appeals to parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and adult caregivers that seek a fun and mutually enjoyable way to bond with their little yogi. Class moves at an energetic pace to keep up with your toddler's imagination! Children at this age learn best through simple hands-on exercises, use of fun props and the repetition of songs, games and playful basic yoga poses. Basketball Training with Abie Rosow featuring a progressive curriculum, individualized attention, customized workouts and game simulated drills. Skills covered include ball handling, shooting, passing, footwork, defensive awareness and confidence. Players are separated by skill level to help them grow and develop at a pace that is good for them. Children will rotate through stations and work with each of the coaches on different skills throughout the session. Boxing is a high intensity, full body workout that will keep you moving throughout the class! When you're not throwing a punch, you're ducking and weaving or doing squats and abdominal work. This class is designed to teach beginners and intermediates the fundamentals of boxing. Your child will be put through a rigorous but achievable workout in line with their fitness level.
