Fit and Lit is about having fun while you workout! The class starts off with a dynamic warm up followed by a Strength Lift (Squat, Chest Press or Deadlift.)The second half of class is HIIT Accessory work. Think alternating strength and cardio intervals designed to get your heart rate up, burn fat and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Work hard and enjoy the energetic music that will keep you going when you feel like quitting. You got this!

Pure Strength is a fast pace class that is focused on improving strength and endurance of all the major muscle groups through isometric lifts and compound movements with small rest in between.

Connect to breath and movement with this dynamic sequence of postures. Performed in precise order designed to stimulate your mind and body while improving strength, flexibility, and overall vitality. This is a great class for those that have some experience with the yoga practice.

AcroTots is for the active toddler who loves music but also loves to tumble! There will be singing, dancing, sign language, story time and toddler acro (balance beam, obstacle course, jumping spots and more) that will keep your little one moving. In Creative Movement, toddlers explore the fundamentals of dance through music, props, and imagination. The playful environment makes learning basic dance concepts engaging and fun for young children. Creative Movement encourages self-expression and exploration while also enhancing strength, flexibility, and stamina. The class supports improved focus, rhythm, spatial awareness, and teamwork skills while reducing stress and increasing self-confidence.

While working primarily with the classic Reformer — an elegant, infinitely adjustable apparatus that uses springs and pulleys to provide finely tuned resistance — the instructor may also use small props such as rings and bands to challenge the whole body while focusing on core muscles. This class is designed to strengthen and firm the body while improving posture, flexibility, balance and core development.

Basketball Training with Abie Rosow featuring a progressive curriculum, individualized attention, customized workouts and game simulated drills. Skills covered include ball handling, shooting, passing, footwork, defensive awareness and confidence. Players are separated by skill level to help them grow and develop at a pace that is good for them. Children will rotate through stations and work with each of the coaches on different skills throughout the session. Prenatal Yoga is used to help mothers connect better with baby, stay healthy throughout pregnancy, remain flexible and strong helping her prepare for the challenges of labor & birth. Prenatal Yoga includes poses, deep breathing, relaxation and meditation that may be practiced through all trimesters (clearing any medical issues with the care provider). Prenatal Yoga is a great way to connect with other mothers-to-be and establish friendships that go far beyond birth.
