Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in America and we're excited to offer it on our beautiful basketball court! Pickleball is a fun and fast paced game that is a combination of several classic games – badminton, tennis and table tennis. It’s played on a badminton sized court, with a tennis like net that is 34 inches high and paddles similar to ping pong only larger along with a whiffle ball. It is easy for beginners of all ages to learn but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. People of all ages and athletic abilities will find that pickleball is a fun sport with straightforward rules. The game of pickleball has everything you could want and more!

Strength & Conditioning is about having fun while you workout! The class starts off with a dynamic warm up followed by a Strength Lift (Squat, Chest Press or Deadlift.)The second half of class is HIIT Accessory work. Think alternating strength and cardio intervals designed to get your heart rate up, burn fat and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Get ready for an invigorating and results-driven workout! This class is designed to help you build muscular strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall physical performance. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve sports performance or someone seeking to tone and sculpt their body, this class has something to offer for everyone. FeeLeeing it is a Pilates based toning class. The class uses light weights and your own body weight. Going at a slow pace you will for sure start to shake and will definitely be FeeLEEing by the end.

Play-based music and ballet classes geared towards babies and toddlers with a splash of sign language. Develop fine and gross motor skills as he or she balances, skips, leaps, and moves to the music. Juliette & Ella's Playdate instructors sing and dance to music incorporating props (bubbles, parachutes, puppets) and instruments for each child (maracas, shakers, bells) and more to share!

Previously, Talking with Tata: Speech Street is an exciting collaboration between highly skilled speech pathologists and talented performers (actresses, musicians, etc.). Together, we present to you an engaging, goal-oriented, strategically-structured class to captivate your child (ages 6 months - 3 years). Each week, your child will be led down Speech Street via a curriculum that I -- a certified speech language pathologist (SLP) and mother of 2-year-old twins -- developed from my personal and professional experience. Classes will incorporate musical, sensory, and play-based elements to enhance your child's speech and language skills.

Tennis Innovators will instill a passion and commitment to the sport through drills and tools. Each lesson is given with energy, charisma, and conducted by highly-trained instructors.

Learn fundamental skills, build strength, and improve flexibility with our experienced instructors who will guide you through a carefully crafted, fun-filled curriculum that will boost your confidence. Get ready to flip, soar, and tumble your way to success! Perfect for all ages and skill levels.

Grades KG-2nd. Join in the fun! Get creative in the kitchen by learning new recipes with Chef Dalya Rubin. Dalya is a trained chef from the Institute of Culinary Education and has been sharing her cooking knowledge for 10+ years, through cooking classes and social media! You will gain cooking/baking confidence, make friends to last a lifetime and learn in an environment that fosters asking questions and always being uniquely & creatively yourself.

This Hip-Hop and Street Jazz dance program promotes self-confidence and personal growth in it's dancers while also challenging their creative interests. Students will learn the choreography of dances while also learning how to create and implement their own unique choreography that brings out their individual style. Together, they will choreograph an amazing dance routine to perform at the end-of-semester recital (and have fun doing it!)

White Crane Martial Arts gives your child the gift of learning lifelong skills such as coordination, discipline and self-control. This class teaches Karate moves and self-defense in a format that is both enjoyable and beneficial for kids using exercises, games and group activities. They are taught by Sifu ""Sensei Eddie"" Kelen, a 4th degree black belt. * New students will receive a mandatory Karate uniform, the fee is $50.

Basketball Training with Abie Rosow featuring a progressive curriculum, individualized attention, customized workouts and game simulated drills. Skills covered include ball handling, shooting, passing, footwork, defensive awareness and confidence. Players are separated by skill level to help them grow and develop at a pace that is good for them. Children will rotate through stations and work with each of the coaches on different skills throughout the session. Ideal group setting for scrimmages (competitive play), so coaches can critique and teach players as they compete.
