Tentative Tournament Schedule:

• 5:00 am – Bus departs Moise Safra Center
• 7:00 am – Athletes arrive in Philadelphia
• 8:00 am – Olympic-style opening ceremony
• 8:45 am – Depart to athletic venues
• 9:30 am – Tournaments Begin!
• 11:30 am – 1:30 pm – Lunch Break
• 1:30 pm – Competition Continues
• 5:00 pm – Tournament Concludes

Schedule subject to change

Last year, most parents joined us at the games and chose to drive their children home afterward rather than use the return bus. This year, we’ll be providing transportation to the games only. Parents are asked to arrange their child’s ride home after the tournament.
