Ariel Levy

Engagement Manager

Ariel was born and raised in New York. She attended The Leffell School and received her BA from Muhlenberg College in Media & Communication and Jewish Studies. Her passion for Jewish communal engagement began during college, where she worked at the Hillel House, studied abroad at Tel Aviv University, and interned at The Jewish National Fund.

Upon graduating, Ariel started working at UJA-Federation of New York, as a Planning Coordinator in the Jewish Life Department.  Ariel coordinated scholarships for Jewish day schools and summer immersive programs in Israel and New York. Most recently, Ariel was a Program Associate in the Leadership Engagement Department. In this role, she managed the Observership Program, which attracts young prominent leaders interested in learning about board service and strategic grant-making. During her time at UJA, Ariel spread her passion for Israel by staffing two Birthright Israel trips with Israel Outdoors.

In her free time, Ariel enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and cooking Middle Eastern recipes from her favorite cookbooks.
