HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. You’ll work up a sweat and increase your stamina with a variety of different high intensity movements. This class focuses on light weights and high reps to really target leaning and toning out the muscles. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.
The Moise Safra Center has the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration. Programs that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements will not run and any who have enrolled will be contacted and provided with options to enroll in alternative programs or receive a full credit/refund.
