Director of Engagement
Karen Razak has over 15 years of finance and client relationship experience in the corporate sector. Most recently, she was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management providing clients with investment and advisory solutions. At Goldman Sachs & Co., Karen led the successful effort to raise a fund of a $1.5 billion that invests in management companies. During her tenure there, she also held management roles as Head of Client reporting for the Private Equity business, and Business Unit Manager and Co-Chief Operating Officer of the Client Portfolio Solutions group. As part of the management team, she was responsible for strategic initiatives and management planning for a team of 60 people in New York, Geneva, London, Hong Kong and Salt Lake City.
Born in Israel and raised in London, England, Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Economic History from the University of Bristol, England. Karen and her husband Liron live on the Upper East Side with their three children, Noah, Ellie and Lev. They are active members of the Park East Synagogue Community often sponsoring events for Young Couples. Karen is fluent in Hebrew and conversational in Arabic.
