By filling out the information below, you agree to download the Zerv app to automatically open the front doors of the Moise Safra Center via your phone.
You will need to receive the link to download the app via text message or email. You will receive the link via your preferred method on Monday, January 30th. We will then launch the use of the app on Tuesday, January 31st.
Please fill this out per person in your household that would like to opt in. We need a unique email or phone number per person.
