For your child(ren) to be picked up please fill out the form below.
Required: Please go into your Ramaz app and input “Clutch Sports” as an approved pick-up person.

Minimum of 8 kids per day is required to run this program

Pricing is based on Moise Safra Center Semester dates. You will be charged for the whole semester based on how many days per week your child(ren) will be picked up. We will be doing pick up from the lower school and the middle school.

$100 for the whole semester for each day of the week your child(ren) will be picked up.
Lower School Day of Week – pick all days wanted(Required)
Middle School – Day of Week – pick all days wanted(Required)
