Ready to ball? This league mixes players of all levels in a spirited weekly 5 on 5 full court basketball game. All skill levels are welcome to the court for pickup. Members Only

This class celebrates providing opportunities for toddlers to independently make choices on their own. Each class cycles through: sensational experience, guided art making and independent art making. In a toned down environment, toddlers are gradually exposed to a variety of materials and textures. The art projects playfully invite the toddlers to engage in a variety of physical and intellectual explorations. All the art supplies are washable and safe. For example, sand, clay, scratch paper, silver foil, ice paint, baking soda+vinegar, bells and more.

This music class will have you and your child singing, dancing, playing and having a real good time. An introduction of music and movement that is toe-tapping fun! Join Bill for family favorites and new songs too. There’s even a rockin’ jam session, so come ready to play!

This class will give your little dancer a basic introduction to ballet steps and positions, while enhancing their motor skills and coordination with fun exercises in music qualities and rhythms, story-telling with movement, and free dance with various props. Introduce your little dancer to the beautiful art of ballet!

Storytime is a weekly gathering featuring books, songs, and rhymes. Jessica, a New York Public Library librarian, will introduce pre-literacy skills to toddlers.

Skills covered include ball handling, shooting, passing, footwork, defensive awareness and confidence. Players are separated by skill level to help them grow and develop at a pace that is good for them. Children will rotate through stations and work with each of the coaches on different skills throughout the session. Ideal group setting for scrimmages (competitive play), so coaches can critique and teach players as they compete.

Boxing is a high intensity, full body workout that will keep you moving throughout the class! When you're not throwing a punch, you're ducking and weaving or doing squats and abdominal work. This class is designed to teach beginners and intermediates the fundamentals of boxing. Your child will be put through a rigorous but achievable workout in line with their fitness level. This program is geared towards making them a student of the 'Sweet Science' which includes conditioning, foot work, bag work, and partner drills.
