Mini Maccabi Girls Basketball Tryout U12

Mini Maccabi Girls Basketball Tryouts are now open for girls ages 11–12 interested in representing our community at the Mini Maccabi Games on Sunday, May 3, 2026. The Mini and Junior Maccabi Games are a one-day sporting event for Jewish athletes ages 9–12, bringing together participants from across the Mid-Atlantic region for an exciting day of competition and connection.

Tryouts will focus on basketball fundamentals, teamwork, effort, and sportsmanship in a supportive environment. Selected athletes will train as part of a team preparing for this meaningful event, modeled after the International JCC Maccabi Games®. The day will feature friendly competition, an Olympic-style opening ceremony, and a mitzvah project benefiting a local organization—making Mini Maccabi a memorable and inspiring experience both on and off the court.
