Womens Day of Self Care and Connection

Join us for a wellness gathering for women navigating full lives and carrying many responsibilities—who are ready to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves. This half-day experience blends movement, grounding practices, guided reflection, and intentional connection. Joy will share practical, neuroscience-backed strategies for balancing everything on your plate—work, relationships, leadership, health, and personal growth—while staying anchored to your purpose.  Julia Friedman will lead guests through a yoga session. Guests will move, reflect, connect, and enjoy a nourishing, healthy lunch from Tomer's alongside inspiring women—creating space for clarity, meaningful conversation, and potential collaboration igniting eachother's purpose. The day concludes with a deeply healing, restorative sound immersion designed to integrate intentions, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded, clear, and renewed. Journals, workbooks, handouts, and healing oils will be provided.
