HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. You’ll work up a sweat and increase your stamina with a variety of different high intensity movements. This class focuses on light weights and high reps to really target leaning and toning out the muscles. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.

Ready to ball? This league mixes players of all levels in a spirited weekly 5 on 5 full court basketball game. All skill levels are welcome to the court for pickup. Members Only

This guided soft play is for the active toddler who loves music but also loves to tumble! There will be singing, dancing, sign language, story time and toddler acro (balance beam, obstacle course, jumping spots and more) that will keep your little one moving.

This class celebrates providing opportunities for toddlers to independently make choices on their own. Each class cycles through: sensational experience, guided art making and independent art making. In a toned down environment, toddlers are gradually exposed to a variety of materials and textures. The art projects playfully invite the toddlers to engage in a variety of physical and intellectual explorations. All the art supplies are washable and safe. For example, sand, clay, scratch paper, silver foil, ice paint, baking soda+vinegar, bells and more.

This developmental movement and music class nourishes healthy minds and bodies through support and bonding. Classes are designed to build confidence and body awareness through movement and rhythm.

Skills covered include ball handling, shooting, passing, footwork, defensive awareness and confidence. Players are separated by skill level to help them grow and develop at a pace that is good for them. Children will rotate through stations and work with each of the coaches on different skills throughout the session. Ideal group setting for scrimmages (competitive play), so coaches can critique and teach players as they compete.

Come and spark imaginative learning with some Mad chemistry. Watch as we combine elements and make them fizz, crackle and change color! We’ll delve into molecules and chemical reactions that produce light, gas and even slime. Some of the weekly topics in this session include : Lab Works, Junior Reactors, p.H. Phactor, Slime Time, The Glow Show, Dry Ice Capades, Icky Sticky Stuff, Chemistry Corner, The Mystery of Chem and Kitchen Chemistry.
