In this class, we'll incorporate Pilates exercises on the Reformer, utilizing increased resistance and faster-paced movements to intensify the workout. The focus remains on full-body engagement, core strength, flexibility, and coordination, but with an added emphasis on pushing beyond your comfort zone.

This guided soft play is for the active toddler who loves music but also loves to tumble! There will be singing, dancing, sign language, story time and toddler acro (balance beam, obstacle course, jumping spots and more) that will keep your little one moving.

You and your child will love our catchy original music, musical story-time, language development, funny and meaningful puppet shows, and "bubble music"! Siblings are welcome to join!

This class will give your little dancer a basic introduction to ballet steps and positions, while enhancing their motor skills and coordination with fun exercises in music qualities and rhythms, story-telling with movement, and free dance with various props. Introduce your little dancer to the beautiful art of ballet!

Our Pre-K All Star Sports Club is designed to introduce your little ones to a variety of sports in a fun and engaging way. Through playful games and activities, your child will develop essential motor skills, coordination, and teamwork while discovering their favorite sports. From kicking soccer balls, throwing basketballs, to running relay races, every class will bring new adventures and discovery

Basketball Training with Abie Rosow featuring a progressive curriculum, individualized attention, customized workouts and game simulated drills. Skills covered include ball handling, shooting, passing, footwork, defensive awareness and confidence. Players are separated by skill level to help them grow and develop at a pace that is good for them. Children will rotate through stations and work with each of the coaches on different skills throughout the session. Ideal group setting for scrimmages (competitive play), so coaches can critique and teach players as they compete.

Join us for another amazing semester with Coach Al! This class is very active. Your child will be running around and playing fun games all while learning sport basics. This class is geared towards 2-3 year olds.
