Strength & Conditioning is about having fun while you workout! The class starts off with a dynamic warm up followed by a Strength Lift (Squat, Chest Press or Deadlift.)The second half of class is HIIT Accessory work. Play-based music and ballet classes geared towards babies and toddlers with a splash of sign language. Develop fine and gross motor skills as he or she balances, skips, leaps, and moves to the music. Juliette & Ella's Playdate instructors sing and dance to music incorporating props (bubbles, parachutes, puppets) and instruments for each child (maracas, shakers, bells) and more to share!

The Moise Safra Center has the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration. Programs that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements will not run and any who have enrolled will be contacted and provided with options to enroll in alternative programs or receive a full credit/refund.
