Toddlers are gradually exposed to a variety of safe, washable materials and activities that encourage physical and intellectual exploration. Each class is filled with imaginative projects that inspire creativity and allow toddlers to experiment with different materials and techniques. Come and explore with sand, clay, wax sticks, feathers, silver foil, ice paint, pompoms, baking soda+vinegar, bells and more! Please be advised that: 1. One adult per student. 2. The art projects are curated considering they may potentially be inserted into their mouths. It is the adult's responsibility to educate and make sure art materials do not go in the toddlers mouths. The art room is a no-food environment to help support the no-mouth rule. Giving snacks outside the art room prior or after the class is encouraged.

The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. You’ll work up a sweat and increase your stamina with a variety of different high intensity movements. This class focuses on light weights and high reps to really target leaning and toning out the muscles. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.

The Moise Safra Center has the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration. Programs that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements will not run and any who have enrolled will be contacted and provided with options to enroll in alternative programs or receive a full credit/refund.
